A powerful ‘Nación’ is one that rises from the union, struggle and perseverance of hard-working employees who drive the aim and growth strategy. That is how Nacionsushi was born.
Nacionsushi is a modern-concept restaurant that mixes flavors from Southeast Asia, modernizing, updating and giving them the tropical touch. This process is not by chance, it comes from the experience that allows experts and connoisseurs to make cuisine a passion and an art form that produces highly exquisite results.
This revolutionary idea was born on April 15th, 2013. From that moment, our city has witnessed innovative food concepts, exotic flavors, exceptional aromas and a series of unique menus in its category.
Nacionsushi began with 35 sauces, cold and hot appetizers, sushi creations with clever flavor mixes, fresh juices and an atmosphere that invites you not only to experience the different flavors but also to have a good time.
The kitchen’s formula was a great success. Guests were fascinated with the menu, variety, quality and service.
Nacion has taken solid steps in a short period of time (two years after it was born), colonizing other territories.
Soho Mall and Albrook field are the most recently conquered locations. Both restaurants have witnessed, not only a great and rapid growth of the franchise, but also of the acceptance that has granted notoriety to Nacion at a gastronomic level; and the expansion continues. During the following months, Nacion will arrive to Casco Viejo, San Francisco and Alta Plaza Mall (Centenario), as well as to Costa Rica, Colombia and Peru. 2 years of testing to identify flavors and combinations are the foundation of Nacionsushi.

Nacionsushi’s success comes from a gastronomic fusion that incorporates authentic and optimum quality, imported ingredients from Asia. Different spices are incorporated to produce the perfect flavors to a menu, in addition to the special contributions from our expert chefs.
Scents, flavors, delicacies.
Nacionsushi has raised the bar in the creation of sushi. Its menu has at least thirty – (30) rolls. Customers can add additional ingredients, thus producing an authentic and personal roll. The following are the most popular rolls: Soy Nacion, Zen Sacion and Rolls Roys; but you may also find other options, such as: Atomiko Nagazaki, Sake Mate, Emperador, Panda, La Gran Muralla and others in the menu.
Not everything is about sushi at Nacionsushi. Its wide menu includes recipes with chicken, beef, vegetables, seafood, soups, wraps, salads, rice, domburis and desserts; plus a great variety of beverages such as herbal teas, coffee, tea, water, cocktails, beers, liqueurs and wines.
